Aloha Mana is a lovely two-bedroom home. Over 125 years old, this restored colonial cottage is now a private holiday home recently purchased by new owners Brian & Erika, and comes complete with everything you'll need for the perfect holiday in Rarotonga, Cook Islands . . . true paradise.

Located in the Cook Islands on the quiet side of Rarotonga, this historic residence is close to Wigmore's Superstore and within easy access to wonderful restaurants. Directly across the road is a very quiet stretch of beach, excellent for kayaking, snorkeling and swimming.  There is a shady lawn and picnic table across on the beachside, and the sand is just metres from the front verandah.

This Cook Islands vacation home features quality fixtures, furnishings and amenities:

  • Two bedrooms, dining/living areas, kitchen, spacious bathroom, office desk with telephone and complimentary local calls

  • Large rear sundeck and front verandah…for reading, sunning, entertaining

  • Hardwood and tile floors, area rugs

  • Ceiling and standing fans - Air conditioner available on request

  • Large Spa Bath and three showers (one outside on beach path), hair dryer, bubble bath, candles, plenty of fresh towels.

  • Laundry, iron and ironing board

  • Designer furnishings, fine art, books, and personal treasures

  • Television & DVD player

  • Stereo with CDs and tapes, card and board games

  • Kitchen appliances, cooking, eating and entertaining utensils, 6-burner gas stove, extra large refrigerator, microwave

  • Gas BBQ on rear Sun Deck for those special occasions

  • Beach toys: picnic table, chairs, kayak, snorkel gear, and beach towels aare all on site for your exclusive use.
The home is perfect for a couple seeking privacy, a writer or artist on retreat or others looking to relax on this lovely island. It has a queen-sized bed, 2 single beds, a single punéé and a large sofa. 

Cook Islands activities include: scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, island safari, golf, fishing, sailing, sunset cruises, hiking,  microflights, horseback riding, tennis, waterfalls, birdwatching, shopping, movies, dining and dancing, island nights.

We arrange a warm greeting on arrival and Airport Transfers to the home.

Rates:
 NZ$1500 per week for 2 persons. $210 for each additional night until discounts kick in for stays of 14 nights or more.
Additional persons are NZ$40 per day.
Childrens Rates: Under 5 years stay free . . . 5 to 12 years $20 per night
  Rates include all government taxes.
We require a minimum 1 week's visit and discounts may be available for longer stays ...just ask.

 

Cancellation Policy:.
 If Cancelled more than 30 days before scheduled arrival - No Fee
Cancellation 15 - 30 days prior - fee of 1 nights accommodation per 7 booked.
Cancellation 8 - 14 days prior - fee of 2 nights accommodation per 7 booked.
Cancelled 7 days or less prior - fee of 100% of accommodation booked.
Insurance Protection is recommended. 

Cook Islands Reservations may be secured by a Visa or Mastercard.
